The Curriculum Development Training team drives strategic training efforts for management, ensuring the success of training programs and curriculum by collaborating with team members to develop the training program and creating curriculum.
Job Overview:
- Curriculum and content development experience for adult learners from inception to delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in project management and project deployment.
- Exceptional skills to communicate plans and ideas through briefings, meetings and organize data through written reports and charts.
- Experienced in working with leadership teams at all levels and managing multiple programs simultaneously with an effective ability to exercise appropriate judgment, regarding risk management.
- Experienced in ILT development & eLearning expertise.
- Fast-paced tempo in course development especially in meeting timelines.
