echnician will be responsible for supporting the Engineering Workshop Team. Role involves the use of tooling to perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs and modifications. Works directly with workshop team to support various engineering teams testing needs. Requires maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
The Engineering Workplace Technician will support the Workshop Team in the following way:
Responsibilities:
Perform entry level vehicle, mechanical and electrical work
Use common hand and power tools to perform various tasks
Drive benchmark and prototype vehicles
Document work and tasks performed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Order, receive, maintain and organize parts and materials inventory lists
Ensure the organization, proper care, storage and inventory of special tools
Assist scheduling vehicles for service
Establish and maintain good working relationships with partners and stakeholders
