JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualified candidates will possess current knowledge and experience with automotive manufacturing Controls equipment in an OEM or assembly plant/vehicle launch setting. The candidate will be working in a team-oriented environment and will be responsible for assisting with the development of courses and teaching maintenance personnel in the programming, electrical maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for manufacturing plant automation systems. The candidate will also provide problem resolution and process improvement consultative services as required. Candidates must enjoy working with people and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop technical training programs and course materials
- Deliver technical training programs in a lecture/demonstration format
- Deliver Structured on the Job training in a production environment
- Work closely with customer skilled trades / maintenance teams
