Our Learning Solutions Team is looking for creative and experienced Sr. Instructional Design professionals. They should be able to manage the learning initiatives and be able to design with brand new, often half-baked, often poorly-conceived, propriety tools, platforms, and processes that are not industry standard or necessarily yet invented yet
Key Essential Responsibilities of the consultant will be to lead and develop:
- Training needs analysis
- Business- and learning-goal mapping
- Learning path creation
- Training solution recommendations
- Re-visioning of existing training and events
