Responsibilities of the CNC Operator will include:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
Program or generate toolpaths as needed for machining operations
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly
Move materials and workpieces on and off worktables safely and efficiently
Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerances
Ability to program or adjust toolpathspreferred
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
