Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include:
  • Oversee and manage a multi-operational department with a focus on driving performance improvement, platform optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and lead initiatives
  • Report on team’s performance and achievements
  • Manage end-to-end customer service process
  • Maintain department platforms and identify potential new platforms
  • Work with all tiers of support within the Customer Experience team, ensuring efficient operations
  • Streamline department processes and protocols
  • Meet or exceed quotas
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications for the Customer Service Manager:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a customer service team
  • Previous experience in account management
  • Experience building social media platforms
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of operations and customer care
