Our Client in the Guilderland, NY area has a new opportunity for a Project Management Assistant to join their growing team!
 
Responsibilities of the Project Management Assistant will include:
  • Manage customer contracts
  • Communicate customer needs, record feedback, and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Monitor project schedules and report progress to customers
  • Monitor budgets
  • Identify issues and provide resolutions
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications for the role of Project Management Assistant:
  • Associate’s degree in Business; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience with customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expert in MS Office and SAP
