Excellent client in the Burlington, VT area has a new opportunity for a Branch Support Representative to join their team!
 
Responsibilities of the Branch Support Representative will include:
  • Direct incoming calls and provide customer support
  • Monitor work in progress
  • Assist with scheduling customer appointments
  • Data entry tasks
  • Ship and receive products and operate forklifts
  • Assist in different areas of the business as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications for the Branch Support Representative:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in customer service and an industrial role are preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
