We have new opportunities with a highly desired company for Customer Support Representatives! These are temporary opportunities with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
 
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
  • Provide phone and electronic support for product and software issues
  • Answer system questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Create tickets and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of platform features and customer requirements
  • Achieve quality and response time goals
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications for the role of Customer Support Representative:
  • Associate degree in an appropriate field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to deescalate frustrated customers
