Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:
  • Implement standardized manufacturing procedures and meet manufacturing objectives
  • Responsible for daily machine operation and stock preparation tasks
  • Train employees
  • Ensure quality of products is maintained
  • Lead and motivate personnel to meet goals
  • Develop and implement an operational strategy with a focus on achieving excellence and maximizing efficiency
  • Develop strong business relationships
  • Support continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to build a strong team
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed
  • Stay up to date on new technologies and best practices
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements


Qualifications for the role of Production Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is preferred
  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and payroll
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
