Our growing Client has a new opening for a Client Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment. 
 
Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative include:
  • Service and process policy transactions
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
  • Research and develop solutions to customer issues
  • Assist with various projects
  • Maintain and update appropriate documentation
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications for the Client Service Representative:
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Math and analytical skills
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed
