We are looking for candidates who may be new to the mortgage industry and are looking for an opportunity to learn and contribute to our Denver, Colorado Wholesale Branch.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION:
This position will provide administrative support to the Denver Wholesale Branch. We are looking for candidates who may be new to the mortgage industry and are looking for an opportunity to learn and contribute to our Denver Colorado, Wholesale Branch.
 
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Must comply with all BSA/AML requirements as well as any mandatory changes. The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The associate will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the manager.  Job duties may change as required by needs of company.  Must complete all required industry and compliance training as required by Plaza Home Mortgage.
  1. Assist the Denver Wholesale Branch departments with administrative tasks.
  2. Data Entry
  3. Shadow Denver Wholesale associates to learn about the positions and departments.
  4. Take Mortgage training courses within Plaza University to better learn the industry.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to effectively interact with all company personnel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work
  • Solid commitment to customer service and outstanding client relation skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet Browsers
