We are currently seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of Activity Programs to ensure the spiritual development, emotional, recreational and social needs of the patient/resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
- Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
- Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
