We are currently seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team.  This role is responsible for assisting with the management and coordination of all the financial affairs of the community.  Responsibilities include billing and accounts receivable, census processing, collections, and resident trust.    

Job Requirements


  • Prior experience working with accounts receivables & payables in the long term care setting including Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment

  • Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
