Under the direction of the Senior Site Manager, the Deputy Site Manager assists in the day to day operations of a multi-service primary care center. In collaboration with clinical and operational leadership, this position will ensure the delivery of a patient-centric primary care experience, foster a safe, trauma-informed care environment where staff are engaged, develop and invested in the vision and mission of the organization. This is a supervisory position.  The salary is $50,000/annually
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES:

KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:                                                                                                  
  • Oversight of front desk workflows.
  • Conduct customer service trainings.
  • Ensuring efficiency of patient flow.
  • Recruit, supervise, manage, develop and evaluate performance of front desk staff on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable performance standards Monitor and ensure payment batches.
  • Assist with staff disciplinary actions.
  • Collaboration with key clinical and administrative leadership.
  • Ensuring efficiency of clinical workflow.
  • Assist with policy and procedure implementation. 
  • Coordinate and ensuring the provision that all records of the facility, equipment, and logs are maintained properly and are up to date.
  • Assist Senior Site Manager with daily huddles and monthly staff meetings to properly communicate policy, operational and health care environment updates.
  • Follow regulations set by local, state and federal agencies in relation to services delivered i.e. PCMH, DOH, NCQA, OMIG, etc.
  • Assist in overall complinace and environment of care by conducting regular walk- through, filling out work orders, arranging routine and emergency maintenance visits for the building's facilities.
  • Ordering supplies while maintaining practice par levels.
  • Certain tasks, projects and initiatives as defined by the Senior Site Manager.
  • Promoting excellent customer service, including addressing patient complaints which includes the execution of a resolution follow-up to clients' concerns.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance to policy and procedures as well as HIPPAA requirements.
  • Perform other appropriate duties as requested by supervisor.
  • Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Conflict resolution skills a must.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a medical office setting or related experience. Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a strong team of professionals in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work and function under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule change.
  • Bilingual- English/Spanish strongly preferred.
