Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform custom interior trim installations:
- Crown molding
- Baseboards
- Door and window casing
- Stair railings
- Wainscoting and decorative wall panels
- Set and install various door types: pocket, barn, and French doors
- Interpret blueprints, trim layouts, and detailed finish carpentry drawings
- Ensure precise measurements, smooth installations, and clean finishes
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades for workflow coordination
- Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols
- Communicate progress and updates effectively with clients and team members
Additional Duties:
- Mentor and support apprentice carpenters and laborers
- Assist with material take-offs and job site preparation
- Monitor project progress and report any changes or delays
- Coordinate with framing, electrical, and other trades during build-outs
- Uphold compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in interior trim carpentry
- Demonstrated leadership ability in field carpentry roles
- Mastery of finish carpentry tools, techniques, and materials
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Solid blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Full Time - Monday to Friday
