    Job Overview:
    Lehigh Lawns & Landscaping Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to help expand our customer base. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy connecting with people, and have a knack for identifying potential clients, this role is for you! You'll play a critical role in our sales process by generating, qualifying, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and generate new sales leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
    • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
    • Maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
    • Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a bonus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
