    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion.
    • Conduct thorough site assessments to accurately estimate project costs and resource requirements.
    • Prepare comprehensive project proposals and bid specifications to ensure clarity and precision for clients.
    • Schedule and coordinate project timelines with clients and internal teams to adhere to project deadlines.
    • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
    • Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and installation records, maintaining rigorous organizational standards.
    • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting efficient and safe project execution.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and swiftly resolving any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and control project costs within the budget, making adjustments as necessary to respond to project challenges effectively.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in commercial electrical contracting and design-build electrical contracting.  
    • In-depth understanding of electrical systems and project management.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
    • Excellent analytical skills for accurate cost estimation and budget management.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
    • Availability for emergency response management as required.
    • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
    • Ability to pass a background check process.
