    Job Overview
    Complete Electrical Installations is seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman/Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field and possess the leadership qualities to manage and guide crews on various electrical projects. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise and lead a team of electricians to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
    • Interpret and execute electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
    • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
    • Perform troubleshooting and ensure electrical systems comply with local, state, and national codes.
    • Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet project goals and client expectations.
    • Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment for project requirements.
    • Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring skill development and adherence to company standards.

    Qualifications
    • Experience: 7+ years in the electrical field, with prior leadership experience preferred.
    • Licensure: Valid Electrical Journeyman License or ability to obtain
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams.
      • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
      • Tools and Equipment: Proficient in the use of hand and power tools relevant to electrical work.
    • Leadership Abilities:
      • Effective communication and team management skills.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
    • Other: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
