    CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys problem-solving, providing top-tier customer service, and ensuring homes stay comfortable all year round.     Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Perform seasonal tune-ups and system inspections to prevent breakdowns and maximize efficiency.
    • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with homeowners, explaining repair options and answering any questions.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.
    • Documentation: Complete service reports and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
    • Safety & Compliance: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • Experience: 1-5 years diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
    • Certification: EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, and diagnostic tools.
    • Customer Service: Ability to provide a positive customer experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan and Google Suite is a plus.
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy HVAC equipment.
