    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist experienced HVAC technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
    • Learn to install ductwork, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
    • Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for job sites.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Follow company and industry safety protocols to ensure a secure work site.
    • Provide excellent customer service while assisting with residential and commercial HVAC installations.
    • Participate in training programs to develop skills and industry knowledge.

    Qualifications
    • No experience required-willing to train motivated individuals!
    • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade.
    • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, basements, outdoors).
    • Comfortable using hand tools and basic mechanical skills.
    • Must be drug-free at all times.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
