Job Overview
Clauser Tree Care is looking for an experienced and motivated Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician to support our expanding PHC division. This full-time, year-round role is perfect for someone passionate about diagnosing and treating tree and shrub health issues, applying pesticide treatments, and ensuring the vitality of landscapes across Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle, transport, mix, and apply pesticides and fertilizers to trees and shrubs
• Monitor and diagnose plant health issues, including pests, diseases, and environmental stressors
• Treat and care for trees and ornamentals in accordance with PHC best practices
• Operate and maintain a PHC truck and application equipment
• Complete daily work orders and communicate updates with the PHC Manager
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Plant Health Care Technician
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
• Comfortable working independently and managing production expectations
• Strong understanding of basic math and chemical measurements
• Holds a valid PA Commercial Pesticide Applicator License or willingness to become a Registered Pesticide Technician under supervision

Schedule
