    Key Responsibilities
    • Project Management Support: Assist in planning, estimating, and managing electrical construction projects, from redevelopment to tenant improvements and new builds.
    • Documentation & Systems: Maintain and organize project files, bid documents, and field manuals.
    • Procurement & Administration: Manage material orders, permitting, and collections for optimal project flow.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals on schedule and within budget.
      • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project progress.

    Qualifications
    • Required Skills:
      • Strong estimating and project scheduling abilities.
      • Familiarity with bid review processes and contract administration.
      • Ability to interpret electrical, architectural, and mechanical plans.
      • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively coordinate projects.
      • Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore.
      • Basic electrical knowledge is preferred to assist with project-specific tasks.
      • Proficiency in computer applications and organizational tools.
      • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
      • Hands-on experience in electrical contracting projects.
