ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Territory Manager is responsible for executing merchandising sales plans. The TM will perform merchandising activities, putting up displays, stocking product, put up point of sale materials, execute marketing initiatives as given by the Market lead/Director, conduct free fills to target accounts, increase points of distribution by discussing the brand with the key decision makers, establishing relationships with our retail partners and their staff; including but not limited to business owners, their sales reps, retail managers, store clerks, etc. to provide them with valuable insights about the industry / category, our leading innovative products and consistently exceed their expectations in our brand. As a Territory Manager for our company, you will take 'ownership' of the assigned Territory and be a proactive, valued member of the team covering all aspects of merchandising and marketing in the territory while simultaneously communicating with the Market lead/Director regarding new prospects and new merchandising opportunities in the territory.

Our retail professionals do this by educating retailers and connecting with our adult consumers in a "1 on 1" manner with the purpose of gaining trial of our products ('bottles in bellies') to drive retailer and consumer advocacy.

 
Job Requirements

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Carry out strategically selected instore visits in the Assigned Territory
* In-store execution of product positioning, shelf space, pricing display, and merchandising.
* Receive Marketing and promotional materials and bring them to be displayed throughout the account.
* Ensure our brands are well represented, sold in, stocked, and maintained in prime location.
* Execute sales initiatives with the goal of growing product(s) sales volume, increasing points of distribution, and new doors selling.
* Manage accounts within a designated geographic patch to call on established accounts and prospect new traditional and nontraditional retailers.
* Execute merchandising for independent convenience and Specialty stores.
* Sell and execute marketing initiatives with independent convenience stores, specialty retailers, etc.
* Work collaboratively within your Market Lead/Director to drive the business objectives forward.
* Engaging in product training, demos, consumer awareness, and branding initiatives.
* Create buzz and increase consumer demand for products.

COMPENSATION - This is a 1099 contractor role /Sales & Marketing intern opportunity.
* Pay $25/hr
* Part time - Minimum 20 hours/week
* Mileage Reimbursement @ $0.625/mile
* Reimbursable Business Expenses 

EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or GED
