The Role:

As a Regional Sales Rep - Wholesale Botanicals, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with Kratom manufacturing companies within the designated region. Your primary focus will be to identify and acquire new business opportunities, expand our client base, and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients. 

Experience in growing penetration into an existing market, opening new channels of business in a competitive channel. Successfully becoming a main supplier of powerful brands in the industry,  while taking regional laws and policies into consideration are a must. 

They will need to have an understanding of rules and regulations for selling age gated products and have a background in botanicals or natural supplements.

Winning in this role looks like generating new recurring business as a supplier of raw materials. Creating a tangible penetration of the existing market and hitting revenue targets for 2024.  The right candidate is ready to own this role, and lead by personal example with the organization. Requisitos de trabajo


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own key relationships within your territory, having experience in selling CPG products or age gated products or botanicals. 

  • Take the lead in developing programs that incentivizes distributors to carry products in more outlets, and online retailers. 

  • On-board new distribution partners as well as expand into supplying branded products as a primary Vendor.

  • Develop and build the organization to allow us to achieve our goals and objectives with new business.

  • Manage team members and work with the leadership team while being remotely located. 

  • Manage program specific P&L's and ensure ROI on key programs. 



  • 2 years in sales leadership roles with CPG or Age Gated companies 

  • Strong relationships with Distribution into specialty or retail, and botanical products or supplements.

  • Extensive knowledge of distributor management.

  • Extensive knowledge of selling to manufacturing brands.

  • A 'hunter' mindset. Seek out and deliver growth opportunities! 

  • Understand budget development and monitoring with knowledge of P&L for all operations.  

  • Proven record of strong negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong record of leadership and management as member of a senior team ideally reporting the CEO or other senior business executive (CRO, GM, President, etc.)
