WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will spearhead talent acquisition efforts for Elevation Capital and our expansive portfolio made up of wholly-owned and invested portfolio companies. Collaborating closely with our fund president and visionary founder, you will set strategic hiring goals and oversee and lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process across a diverse portfolio of high-growth enterprises within the family office structure.
Your responsibilities will encompass leading the talent acquisition efforts to secure top-tier talent for critical positions throughout the portfolio including direct involvement in the selection and hiring of key executive roles such as, C-suite leaders, Vice Presidents and board members. You will engage with various business leaders across multiple sectors. CPG, technology, construction, real estate, land development, finance, accounting, tax, estate personnel, and investments to meticulously define essential roles and employ effective strategies to attract and integrate top candidates into our systematized work environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of talent solutions across a tapestry of industries and disciplines, positioning you as a key player in transformative projects with global implications. You will be at the forefront of driving unprecedented growth within our portfolio, using your proven business acumen to thoroughly understand our operations, meticulously source, recruit, and onboard world class talent, ensuring a perfect alignment between candidates' core competencies and our business needs. Your efforts will not only fill positions but will also ignite innovation and elevate excellence throughout our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work alongside senior leadership including the Chief Talent Officer and Fund President to develop the organizational chart and successfully execute the strategic vision of our Portfolio
Shape and specifically scope roles (JD, goals, personality, experience, KSF/KPIS etc) to realize strategy and vision, hiring and managing existing and expanding talent teams to meet the growing needs.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with overarching goals and vision, ensuring a cohesive approach to recruitment across all business units and industries within the portfolio.
Directly lead outbound sourcing and pipeline generation through LinkedIn and other tools
Rigorously screen applicants to assess fit.
Preparing, presenting, negotiating and closing candidates on employment offers.
Oversee candidate experience from sourcing to success in their role through activate engagement and communication including engaging follow ups following each stage of the recruiting process.
Supporting new candidate success in role, by ensuring efficient and effective onboarding and checking in and mediating issues through the first 90 days.
Creating and presenting recruiting reports to understand where improvements can be made.
Tracking and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition function, regularly reporting on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintaining and optimizing the hiring process and systems including improving based on success and failure and updating technology flows to optimize efficiency and success.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
8+ years of experience in full life cycle and in-house recruiting, with references that highlight outstanding abilities in this area.
5+ years of diverse portfolio-level, cross-functional business recruiting 5+ years of experience working with visionary high drive CEO's / first-gen entrepreneurial founders
5+ years experience in high performance hyper growth businesses
Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring C-level candidates
Track record of success, with the backing of solid founder and C-level references
Proven success in leading the hiring process for private equity and multi business organizations, including securing roles across finance, accounting, tax, legal, estate personnel, sales, marketing and investments in industries such as technology,CPG, real estate, land development, construction, and portfolio investment.
Deep understanding of business functions and requirements across various hiring levels and industries.
Articulate, inspirational, and persuasive business communication skills.
Experience in startups or hypergrowth companies, demonstrating the ability to scale businesses from early stage to mid-stage or beyond.
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for generating and hiring candidates across diverse roles.
Skilled in implementing recruiting tools and processes to streamline talent acquisition.
Data-oriented mindset, leveraging recruiting analytics to inform decision-making.
Tech-savvy, with extensive knowledge of G-Suite, ATS, Microsoft Office, recruiting platforms, and job boards.
Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, translating their needs into actionable job descriptions and search strategies.
Creative and strategic in sourcing talent, employing innovative methods to attract top candidates.
A masters degree is required for this position
COMPENSATION
This role is a key function in the success of the portfolio and companies in the portfolio. You will be paid very well and receive an aggressive base, bonus and options in the companies which you are involved in. Full medical benefits will also be provided as part of this role.
