As Contract Senior Executive Search Researcher you will add horsepower to our search capabilities. You will aid in the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of talent identification toward closing executive searches by leveraging your deep experience, intuitive nature, and task-oriented focus to accelerate executive hiring. You will work hand in glove with talent team members to identify and deliver top-tier industry interested, qualified, and ready-now talent using conventional, innovative, and resourceful tactics that will rapidly move the business hiring needle.

Job Requirements

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop a full understanding of the search and the research needs 
  • Research competitors, companies, individuals, and applicable industries to develop lists of target candidates
  • Provide research to support candidate identification 
  • Identify target organizations most likely to yield qualified candidates, and understand job titles and reporting relationships to locate appropriately skilled candidates
  • Develop and execute against a specific research strategy yielding results
  • Maintain comprehensive data integrity via reports and available tools
  • Identify relevant candidate backgrounds from a variety of sources including but not limited to:
    • Proprietary candidate database
    • LinkedIn, AI, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo, etc.
    • Industry associations and trade publications

BASIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 8 years of professional executive research or search experience 
  • Consistent track record of success
  • Exhibit skill and mastery of professional communications, displaying adeptness in writing, articulating, and delivering candidates with confidence and impact.

 

PREFERED ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

 

  • Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in agency-style Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition Executive Search function
  • Experience targeting potential candidates, developing candidates, and conducting necessary research.
  • Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels.  
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and synthesize large volumes of information into insights.
