This key leadership role is in a high-growth, high-energy, high-profit portfolio company of big thinkers and big doers. It is a CPG / beverage / dietary supplement company with a history of strong profitable growth as the number one product and brand in its emerging category. Through its expanding sales and distribution network, they are building a team to take current and new products to the global market and achieve exponential growth. With the leadership team formed, the opportunity is now to define and refine the cross functional integrated strategy and lead the team to grow revenue 10x-100x, enabling a highly lucrative exit.  


We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Digital Marketing with multi-brand and marketplace experience that has scaled a fast-moving CPG brand to success.  In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our brands, enhancing revenue streams, and maximizing profitability through ecommerce. You will also play a key role in positioning the company for a strategic exit at a multi-billion dollar valuation.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for driving innovation, revolutionizing online presence and ecommerce performance, and building our brands across digital platforms. 

Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build profitable growth by driving demand, conversion and brand loyalty through consumer and channel understanding, innovation, new platforms and technology, advertising, media, packaging, consumer promotions and marketing analytics.

 Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and oversee the implementation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Ecommerce and Data Analytics

  • Innovate and attain transformative performance and functionality for the company's ecommerce platform.
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience that maximizes conversion rates and sales.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, maximizing ROI and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Manage social media advertising efforts to maximize brand awareness, engagement, and sales. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. 

Customer Experience

  • Enhance the overall customer experience through personalized and targeted digital initiatives to increase sales and drive profitability across our brands.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer preferences, behaviors, and needs to identify key drivers of loyalty and satisfaction to cultivate strong emotional connections with consumers, drive repeat purchases, and turn satisfied customers into loyal brand advocates. 

Job Requirements



  • 10+ years of progressive digital marketing and ecommerce experience within a Fast-Moving CPG environment. Strong preference for experience in regulated industries: cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceutical or dietary supplements.
  • 5+ years managing multi-brand and multi-product portfolios in dynamic and competitive markets.
  • Experience with both designing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies with a history of driving profitable growth.
  • Strong intellectual horsepower, a drive for business results, and a behavioral profile that advances the business through high collaboration, cross functional business teams, and active participation.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software and ecommerce platforms and tools such as WordPress. 
  • Analytical and data driven with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • A strong multi-tasker who can lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and positively contribute to enhanced business and functional capability across digital.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • University, Bachelor's, or MBA degree in a Business oriented field with a major in Marketing or a related business discipline; superior financial acumen, and problem-solving skills is required
