ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Territory Manager is responsible for executing merchandising sales plans. The TM will perform merchandising activities, putting up displays, stocking product, put up point of sale materials, execute marketing initiatives as given by the Market lead/Director, conduct free fills to target accounts, increase points of distribution by discussing the brand with the key decision makers, establishing relationships with our retail partners and their staff; including but not limited to business owners, their sales reps, retail managers, store clerks, etc. to provide them with valuable insights about the industry / category, our leading innovative products and consistently exceed their expectations in our brand. As a Territory Manager for our company, you will take 'ownership' of the assigned Territory and be a proactive, valued member of the team covering all aspects of merchandising and marketing in the territory while simultaneously communicating with the Market lead/Director regarding new prospects and new merchandising opportunities in the territory.
