WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a DSD Manager, you'll split your time between owning your own high-performing territory and coaching a lean, hungry team of field reps to drive aggressive growth across the region.

You'll stay hands-on in the field-selling a category-leading, life-changing product, opening doors, keeping shelves stocked, and increasing reorder velocity. At the same time, you'll coach, train, and lead 3-5 reps, helping them master the field, build confidence, and consistently move the scoreboard.

This role is perfect for someone with strong field experience who's ready to lead from the front, build a team culture of excellence, and drive results that speak for themselves.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearhead new door growth-open a high volume of new accounts weekly while ensuring each rep on your team hits their targets

  • Drive sales performance across a small team of 3-5 reps-monitor progress, provide field coaching, and ensure targets are met

  • Sell in Vivazen's product line and build strong retail relationships that support reorder growth and direct shipment

  • Maintain high-quality in-store execution: correct shelf placement, full inventory, clean POS, and rotated stock

  • Manage personal inventory and ensure team product availability-plan ahead to prevent stockouts

  • Log and report daily activity and sell-through using our mobile CRM tools-your team's performance is visible and real-time

  • Lead field activations: demos, sampling events, and local marketing to improve sell-through and store engagement

  • Support onboarding and hands-on training for new team members, sharing route planning strategies and best practices

  • Deliver field-level insights to sales leadership-customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities

  • Set the tone through your own performance-run a strong route and lead with clarity and consistency



 
Job Requirements

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2+ years in DSD, route sales, or field sales within beverage, energy, tobacco, or similar CPG categories

  • Proven door acquisition experience-you've opened 100+ stores/year and can show where you ranked on the team

  • Prior leadership experience or demonstrated success mentoring others

  • A hunter's mentality and the hunger to help others win-not just yourself

  • Clear, confident communicator who builds trust fast and leads with conviction

  • Organized, efficient, and accountable-you track the scoreboard and move the numbers

  • Familiarity with CRM and routing tools

  • Able to lift 40 lb cases, manage your own product logistics, and operate independently in the field

  • Experience working with independent or wholesale distributors 

  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Competitive base pay

  • Performance-based bonuses with no cap on earnings
