?        Stakeholder Management:

o  Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare center leaders, researchers, educators, and other stakeholders, utilizing ADO to facilitate communication, feedback sessions, and status updates.

o  Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

?        Backlog Management:

o  Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize and maintain the product backlog within Azure DevOps, leveraging ADO's capabilities for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and tracking.

o  Ensure that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for implementation, collaborating with teams to maintain a healthy backlog that reflects strategic priorities and user needs.

?        Team Collaboration:

o  Foster collaboration and coordination between multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, researchers, clinicians, and educators, using ADO as a central platform for communication, task management, and collaboration.

o  Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within ADO, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with center objectives.

?        Quality Assurance and Validation:

o  Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities using Azure DevOps test management features, ensuring that developed features meet user needs, adhere to quality standards, and align with project requirements.

o  Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and iterate on solutions to achieve desired outcomes, leveraging ADO for issue tracking and resolution.

?        Risk Management and Mitigation:

o  Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints within ADO, utilizing its project management and reporting capabilities to track and mitigate potential challenges.

o  Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and alternative approaches, leveraging ADO for risk tracking and communication.

Requirements:

?        Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, with demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and collaboration.

?        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and facilitate productive discussions.

?        Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

?        Knowledge of healthcare regulations, research compliance requirements, and academic standards is highly desirable.
