Position Summary:
The Ordered Services Associate is responsible for coordinating transportation, facilitating services, and walking patients through enrollments, re-certifications, and form completions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to support patient care needs.
This position is hybrid- including both onsite and work-from-home weekly duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year of related experience in health care, home health, or related field.
- Comfortability working in an environment with high volume of calls and emails.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- Microsoft Office Proficient.
Key Duties:
- Assists with Scheduling of patient transportation following UHP Policy and
- Procedure Submit medical transportation letters on MAS network
- Process multiple documents daily while ensuring accuracy and staying organized.
- Assists with scheduling of patient transportation following UHP Policy and Procedure
- Respond to email and phone calls daily, ensuring timely and clear communication
- Other related administrative duties as assigned.
Compensation: Minimum $18.18 per hour; Maximum $18.18 per hour based on 40 regular hours per week.

Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
Applicants must be comfortable working hybrid, based out of The Bronx and have ability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates must be open and available to working hybrid, working 1-2 days onsite and 3-4 days from home (subject to change in the future).
