Position Summary:
We are seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to work at Urban Health Plan. We have different full-time opportunities available in the following sectors:
- High School Setting (Queens)
- Behavioral health within outpatient health centers (Bronx, Harlem, Queens)
- Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (Bronx)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- NYS LCSW is required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
Compensation:
Minimum $85,000 per year; Maximum $94,000 per year depending on years practicing as LCSW.

Key Duties:
- Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments.
- Conducts individual psychotherapy and counseling services to children within public schools.
- Maintains skills and knowledge in clinical theory and practice to help patients overcome dependencies, adjust to life, and make changes.
- Provides counseling to family members to assist with understanding and supporting patients.
- Engages in crisis intervention when necessary and refers patients or family to community resources.
- Provides consultation to medical providers. Collaborates with physicians to develop and implement treatment and intervention programs.
- Participates in clinical team meetings.
