Full Time Temp Roles at Urban Health Plan (Admin and Clinical Support Positions)
At Urban Health Plan we hire full-time temporary associates to work on our team to cover for spans of 3-month (or greater) assignments throughout the year. We are currently seeking applicants that are looking for seasonal/temporary roles in alignment with their availability to fulfill Patient Service Representative positions at Urban Health Plan.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with clerical/administrative functions is required, ideally in a health care setting. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional experience to patients.
  • Understanding of phone etiquette and standard office procedures.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
 
Starting Compensation: $18.75 per hour based on 40 hours per week ($39,000 annualized). 
 
Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
Applicants must be comfortable working onsite, based out of The Bronx and have availability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturdays- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
