Details:

We are seeking candidates who can conduct training covering a broad range of Structures and Composite subject matter including, but not limited to, Aircraft structure hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation/removal, sealing, torque, and bond and ground, and associated tooling. Composite manufacturing and repair, vacuum bagging, wet layup, various bonding procedures, resins, cleaning process, inspection, material handling, and associated safety procedures.
 
For this role, candidates need to be willing to support different shifts and travel up to 25% to remote US sites.
Job Summary:
 *    Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], distance learning, simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements.
 *    Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
 *    Expert in navigating technical documents related to manufacturing/repair documents and/or blueprints (detail, assembly, or installation drawings).
 *    Confers with management/client to understand work situation/requirements.
 *    Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialties.
 *    Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
 *    Maintains training programs and materials.
 *    Prepare training areas to be teach ready

Qualifications:
 *    Education, training, and prior aerospace experience in structures and composite manufacturing and repairs, and skills as follows: 
  • Aircraft structures hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation/removal, sealing, torque, and bond and ground and associated tooling.  
  • Aircraft Composite manufacturing and repair, vacuum bagging process, wet layup, various bonding procedures, resins, cleaning process, inspection, material handling, and associated safety procedures.
*    Prior demonstrated Instructor delivery
 *   Must be willing to support any shift (with prior notification)
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time to remote US sites.
