In this position you will:
   Build strong relationships with special education directors and other executive level clients in school districts and special needs facilities.
   Present our services to clients and consultatively identify opportunities to assist them with their special education staffing needs.
   Assess clients’ staffing needs and communicate those needs clearly and effectively to the recruiting team.
   Negotiate bill rates within company guidelines, meeting or exceeding margin and revenue goals by making sound, independent business decisions.
   Manage client relationships and clinical coordinators during contract employees’ assignments: identifying and investigating issues, and ensuring retention of both client and contractor.
   Identify top target accounts and key market segments, and execute quarterly growth plans built on that business intelligence.
   Play a key role in the continued growth of a successful, people-focused company.
Our sales account executives are rewarded with a base salary and uncapped commission plan, medical benefits, PTO, holiday, 401K, and many other perks. No travel is required.

Requirements
   At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
   Proven sales track record
   Excellent phone sales skills
   Professional selling relationship building skills
   Long term account management development skills
   Knowledge of healthcare staffing desired but not necessary
   Must be able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
