Job Responsibilities Include:
• Implement marketing strategies to establish and/or expand current client base
• Build rapport with clients to become provider of choice
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients
• Address client concerns and problems effectively and timely providing detailed feedback
• Manage clients to ensure transparency in placements between client, candidate and internal support teams.

Job Requirements include:
•Four-year college degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a customer focused field such as retail or hospitality
•Leadership position in peer group, club, or other organization
•Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
related to the sales for a service organization
•Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
•Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
•Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members
•Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
•Willingness to learn and commit to continuous improvement
•Demonstrated excellent skills, negotiation skills and detail skills
•Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
•Computer proficiency to include current software programs, i.e. MS Word and Excel
