Our well-established Client has an opening for a Customer Service Manager on their team in the Orem, UT area.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager will include:
  • Oversee team of Account Managers to maintain service levels and ensure superior customer service is provided
  • Develop and mentor team; provide daily management and support
  • Create training materials
  • Ensure all orders are reviewed and approved
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation
  • Respond to customer questions and issues
  • Follow-up on escalated customer complaints as needed
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the role of the Customer Service Manager:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer service role with some supervisory experience
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or other applicable field is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Possess technical acumen
