Are you a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in customer service? Our Client has new opportunities on their team for Customer Service Representatives!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
  • Coordinate orders throughout process from initial order entry to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
  • Advise customers on product availability, delivery dates, and other requests
  • Resolve issues, escalating problems when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service while following set procedures and standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the role of Customer Service Representative:
  • College degree in Business Administration or Logistics
  • 5+ years’ experience in an applicable role; previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar applications
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs
