Our client has an opening for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers in placing orders
  • Advise customers on products and respond to questions pertaining to shipping, billing, orders status, and returns
  • Address customer concerns
  • Key faxed orders

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
  • 2 years of college coursework or previous experience in a call center role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel
