New opening for an Assistant Construction Project Manager!
Responsibilities of the Assistant Construction Project Manager will include:
  • Administer the issuing of contracts, purchase orders, change orders, material ordering, RFI’s, submittals, etc.
  • Participate in estimating/bidding process by soliciting subcontractors
  • Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation
  • Report issues to Project Manager as they arise
  • Responsible for ensuring safety precautions are maintained and applicable building codes and standards are met
  • Prepare meeting minutes
  • Support and assist the project management team throughout the project cycle
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Assistant Construction Project Manager:
  • 2+ years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills including a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
