Are you eager to kickstart your career as an Accounting Specialist? Our client is actively seeking a collaborative team player to join their ranks. This is a full-time opportunity in the Saratoga area.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist will include:
Process all contract paperwork.
Scan all documents into system for record-keeping
Review and submit contracts to the bank with appropriate documentation
Apply for customer rebates with necessary documentation
Post incentive payments on a weekly basis
Maintain a spreadsheet tracking all new incentives
Sales reporting to manufacturer
Process and register all warranties and extended service contracts, maintaining a log of processed contracts
Manage warranty remits schedules
Handle filing duties efficiently
Perform any other assigned tasks with diligence and commitment
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:
Possession of a valid driver's license with a spotless driving history
Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting
Exceptional aptitude for customer service and adept problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical acumen coupled with basic accounting skills (understanding debits and credits as well as journal entries)
Proficiency in MS Office suite and adeptness with various computer software applications
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly up to $80,000.
