Our well-established client is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time position located in the Glens Falls area.
 
Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist will include:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, industry publications).
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports on effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement.
  • Continually optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and internal teams to create optimized marketing copy for digital platforms.
  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for SEM, PPC, and social media paid campaign management, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Design and implement a lead management system to optimize lead capture, tracking, distribution, and qualification.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with sales teams to amplify sales effectiveness and cultivate seamless customer journeys.
  • Champion company culture through engaging initiatives and compelling employer branding.
  • Manage website updates, distribute press releases and marketing collateral, and oversee online profiles and third-party accounts.
  • Prepare reports, budgetary documentation, and research for the Marketing Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications of the Marketing Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; preference for candidates with a master's degree in marketing or business.
  • 3+ years of proven marketing and advertising experience.
  • Strong technical background and experience implementing and managing CRM systems, with HubSpot certification preferred.
  • Proven project management skills, with PM certification desired.
  • Marketing and advertising experience in industrial manufacturing and B2B sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency and expertise with Adobe CC, particularly in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certification or equivalent experience using web analytics platforms (GA4 or Universal Analytics), along with experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads. Additional experience or certifications with social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) are beneficial.
  • Desired experience in effective task delegation, project management, and coaching and development of others.
 
 
 
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $21 - 26/hr.
