Our capital region client is looking for a professional receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Present a professional, welcoming first contact for all clients, vendors, staff and visitors
  • Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and interviews, arranging zoom when necessary
  • Maintain scheduling for conference and training rooms
  • Assist with outside errands
  • Responsible for maintenance of common spaces for cleanliness and appearance
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications
  • Associate degree
  • Experience in an office setting preferred
  • Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, web
 
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $19-21/hr.
