Responsibilities of the Operations Senior Engineer will include:
Lead training and mentorship initiatives for junior staff members.
Serve as the primary escalation point for on-call resources when necessary.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documentation.
Drive business process enhancements to optimize service and project delivery.
Act as the main liaison for customers, vendors, partners, and distributors.
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Operations Senior Engineer:
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Personable demeanor, adept at engaging and supporting customers and colleagues in a positive manner
Database administration, including manipulation of Microsoft SQL queries
Proficiency in remote support and administration
Skilled in PowerShell scripting
Competent in Microsoft SQL Server management
Proficient in API integration
Linux administration not required would be a plus!
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $100,000 to $130,000.
