HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist

Responsibilities of the HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist will include:
Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate input, maintenance, and integrity of employee data via ADP Workforce Now
Generate and analyze HR data for decision-making processes and compliance requirements
Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now in the Payroll Manager's absence
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and payroll data, adhering to regulations and company policies
Provide training and support on HRIS and payroll processes to departmental staff
Collaborate with IT and external vendors like ADP to maintain data integrity and resolve integration issues
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience working with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and familiarity with payroll processing
ADP Certification, preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated individual
Detail oriented and deadline driven
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, roughly $58,000.
