Senior business Development Representative 

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career journey where your sales expertise meets cutting-edge financial software solutions? Our well-established client in the Latham area is currently seeking a Senior business Development Representative to join their team. This is a full time position in the Latham area.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior business Development Representative will include:
  • Craft and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve immediate and long-range goals consistently.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and become a trusted advisor within the financial software domain.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, taking full ownership from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Communicate the business impact of our software solutions effectively to key decision makers.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting and lead nurturing.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and align solutions with their challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape and position our solutions advantageously.
  • Actively engage with prospects through inbound and outbound communications to identify new opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to inform product enhancements.

 
Requisitos

 

Qualifications of the Senior business Development Representative:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in financial services or software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proficiency in various sales trainings and methodologies are a plus
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot software and MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
 
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $100,000 - $120,000 with total comp goal of $250,000 - $300,000.
