Responsibilities will include:
Senior Accountant/Manager (Auditing and Financial Statement Focus):
Manage attest service (financial statement) clients with precision and professionalism.
Provide expertise in auditing and financial statement preparation, with a preference for candidates experienced in these areas.
Handle all levels of client service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, ProSystem, Engagement, and Knowledge Coach for optimal performance.
Senior Accountant/Manager (Tax Preparation and Planning Focus):
Offer comprehensive tax services including business and personal tax preparation and tax planning.
Manage all aspects of client service related to small business accounting and tax preparation services.
Employ software proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Peachtree, and ProSystem for streamlined operations.
Staff Accountant/Semi-Senior Accountant:
Perform a variety of accounting tasks including business write-ups, tax preparation, tax planning analysis, and financial statement preparation.
Demonstrate organizational skills and professionalism in client interactions.
Contribute to the team with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification or parts passed preferred.
1-3 years' experience in Public Accounting for Staff Accountant/Semi-Senior Accountant positions; 5-7 years' experience in Public Accounting for Senior Accountant/Manager positions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software preferred.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $60,000 - $100,000+, dependent on position and experience.
