Our well-established client located in Albany, NY is currently seeking an Office Manager to join their growing team. This is a temporary-to-hire position.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include:
Perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success
Search for jobs to bid on and permits for projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
Typing and sending proposals to clients
Data Entry using Microsoft Access
Sending material submittals to general contractors and architects
Perform all other office tasks as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
Previous experience in office administration or related fields
Knowledge of permit bidding and construction services
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $21-26/hr.
