Our well-established client located in Albany, NY is currently seeking an Office Manager to join their growing team. This is a temporary-to-hire position.
 
Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include:
  • Perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success
  • Search for jobs to bid on and permits for projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Typing and sending proposals to clients
  • Data Entry using Microsoft Access
  • Sending material submittals to general contractors and architects
  • Perform all other office tasks as required

 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications of the Office Manager:
  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Knowledge of permit bidding and construction services
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
 
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $21-26/hr.
