Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
Welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service for transactions both in-person and over the phone.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and other electronic channels.
Resolve customer requests, problems, and complaints, directing them to the appropriate resources when necessary.
Open new accounts and provide customers with necessary information.
Process transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and other customer requests.
Conduct orientation interviews for new customers.
Promote products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
Research account discrepancies.
Adapt to continuous product changes and policy updates.
Perform back-office duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
Confident and outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $24-$26/hr.
